Exhaust Fitting
Fit a different exhaust, free up a bit of power and make the smart sound a bit beefier.

Remove the crash bar.
The bolts should be removed with a Torx 45 bit
Take out the lambda sensor from the exhaust box
Remove the 2 bolts from the support using a E12 socket
Remove the two 13mm bolts from the manifold, it's a good idea to spray them
with PlusGas and leave for a while as these studs can snap.
Fitting is the reverse of above. It's mandatory that you use new studs and bolts.
The torques for the new nuts are 30 Nm for petrol and the diesel engine.
Bend the tabs over and screw the new valance into place.
Refit the rear bumper, stand back, smile and go for a drive.
The above exhaust was a Janspeed Brabus look-a-like.
