Interior Lights

 The smart 450 has two interior lights, one on the centre console and one on the roof at the back.

The interior lights will illuminate themselves for a short duration when you open the doors,
they automatically turn off when:

The ignition is started.
The doors are all closed for 15 seconds.
One or more of the doors are left open for 10 minutes.
You lock the car using the key fob.

The interior lights stay on permanently if you toggle the interior light switch
into the down position, they are turned off again by switching to the up position.

Ensure that the interior lights are not set to permanent operation when leaving the car.
Leaving the interior lights on will flatten the battery.

The front interior light is also a light switch that can permanently illuminate the interior lights.
