Was UK technical operations manager for Redbus Interhouse, got made redundant when companies merged with a nice little payoff.

Decided after about 6 months of loafing about that i better do something exciting, so setup my own company in February 2006, www.vone.co.uk doing various computer stuff for businesses and home users (where the HomeIT things comes in).

So why a Smart?

Decided that my huge Volvo was impractical for my one day a week i actually needed a car, was browsing fleabay (as you do) and saw the smart with the stripes, thought thats cool, lets see if a part ex was an option, bingo bongo 2hrs later i have a smart car. Although impractical i have to say the volvo was probably better for my 4 months pregnant wife at the time :) (tough)

Now i knew it was a fun car, but had a feeling it could offer more, ended up googling smart cars, found the forums and fairly quickly this mob, where ive sort of settled.

Evilution site

Kat mentioned that she wanted ideas / help for a new evilution site and i sort of chipped in with some ideas and ended up offering to make the site for them, and here we are (well you are anyway). met them both for the first time in their second home (pizza express, bluewater) which was an interesting first meeting :)

Bar that, ive had a great amount of help on my smart from Kane, and have enjoyed meeting them and other smart owners.
