This is a close up of the window motor that you can see in the middle of the door.
This is a close up of the 3 electrical connections at the door lock.
And back to the business in hand of adjusting the window.
You can see now where the window is bolted to its carriage by 4 torx bolts.
Its the 2 outer ones with the black gizmos that we're interested in as the black bits
are the stops that limit the window height. Behind those stops you can see.
Another torx bolt and an aluminium bracket.
It's those two brackets that need to be adjusted so that the black stops connect
with them at the uppermost point of the window travel. You need to wind the
window down a small amount to take the pressure off them. Loosen slightly,
adjust the bracket position, retighten and check the fit of the window. Once
you're satisfied then tighten firmly and reassemble the outer panel.
