Roadster Rear Window Rattle Fix
annoying rattle when you drive along then this could be your answer
The roadster coupe rear windows have a tendancy to rattle but we
have figured out why and can provide a suitable resolution.

Sorry for the lack of pictures, we have mislaid them in the hundreds of mods we have to write up.
We will add them as we find them or just do them again.

What you need is some sound deadening used in PC's that you can stick in place, we have used some AKASA in the cars we have and this costs about 15 quid for a few sheets which is ample.
Maplin sell it but it will be available online in places such as Ebay.

Take off the rear window by undoing the 8 internal bolts and then remove the internal plastic trim.

Cut and place the sound deading all over the unseen side as
well as making little squares over the mounts themselves.

Make a hole in each of the stuck on squares so the fixing screws can pass through them.
Offer the trim back to the car and replace the window.

Refit the fixings and tighten up - be careful here, if you encounter any
resistance in retightening, undo it and reinsert, the clips break easily.
