451 Door Glass Removal
Tinting the glass properly, replacing the glass or cleaning out the runners?
Tinting the glass properly, replacing the glass or cleaning out the runners?
At the top of each runner is a fixing, highlighted below.
Use a Torx30 screwdriver to unscrew the 2 screws as circled below.
Flap the plastic tabs out of the way so they disconnect from the glass.
With that done, grasp the window firmly and pull straight up until it is clear of the runners.
If you put the window down anywhere, be careful. Try to stand it up instead of laying it down.
Take the opportunity to clean out the front and back runners and lubricate them.
Refitting is the reverse of removal.
