Centre Console Add-Ons

At the bottom of the centre console is a universal fixing point for a few smart accessories.
You have a choice of four units and four spaces to put them.

  • Ashtray.
  • CD holder.
  • Cassette holder.
  • Drinks holder.

All four units have twist out sections:The ashtray is a single section containing two recessed areas.
The CD holder has four sections and can hold one CD per section.
The cassette holder has two sections and holds one cassette per section.
The drinks holder has to use the lowest point of the centre console, it has a round recess for a cup and a fold out section to hold a second cup.

Fitting The Units

Right Hand Drive

RHD units are held in using two bolts (except the drinks holder).
Offer the unit up to the centre console and bolt through the visible hole in the unit into the hole. With that bolt tightened, open the unit fully and fit a second bolt through the hole located inside at the back of the unit.

Left Hand Drive

LHD units are held in using one bolt.
Offer the unit up to the centre console and place a bolt through the hole and into the centre console, tighten the bolt up.

Drinks Holder

The drinks holder has to be used in the lowest part of the console as it rests against the floor. Place it against the centre console and fit the bolt through the hole into the console. The remainder of the unit is held in place as it grips the carpet of the centre tunnel.

Important

If you have the ashtray unit and you intend to use it as an ashtray, it is required that it is used above any other units on the centre console. This is due to the possible heat.
