Why Code The LED Rear Lights?

The car monitors the brake light bulbs so it can alert you of a bulb failure. LEDs don’t have the resistance of normal halogen bulbs so just swapping the rear lights over from normal halogen the the upgraded LED lights can bring up an error on the speedo display.

So we have to let the car know that the rear lights are LEDs to stop the error code appearing.

Coding The LED Rear Lights

In the 2nd box down, select [EMM]EMM_EDISON_DDT2000 and click it.

In the 3rd box down, click EMM_Lighting – Configuration.
