Extra Maintenance

Every 40,000 km (24,000 miles)

Spark plugs replaced
Air filter replaced

After 60,000 km (36,000 miles) and then every 2nd service

Drum brake thickness check

Every 60,000 km (36,000 miles)

Poly V-belt replaced
Fuel filter replaced (diesel engine)

Every 60,000 km (36,000 miles) or 4 years

Engine coolant replaced (petrol engines)

After 80,000 km (50,000 miles) and then every service

Wheel brake cylinder collar seal and brake adjuster checked for damage

Replace transmission fluid (Evilution recommendation, not on smart schedule)

After 90,000 km (56,000 miles) and then every service

Wheel brake cylinder collar seal and brake adjuster checked for damage

Every 120,000 km (75,000 miles)

Change the timing chain (not on smart schedule)

Every 2 years
