450 Boot Panel Removal
Almost a necessary thing to do when changing the numberplate lights.
Almost a necessary thing to do when changing the numberplate lights.
Swing the boot down and undo the 2 torx screws on each side.
Lift the boot back up and pull the top of the panel out about 3''...
and push the top of the panel down. This may take a little force
as it has to unclip from the bottom edge of the panel.
The panel will now pull down and away from the car but the number plate light wiring will still be attached. Refitment is the opposite of above but when the panel has been fitted push the centre of the panel just above the numberplate to seat an internal plastic clip.
